Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding shipments, including nature of goods, weight, dimensions, value, destination, and required documents. Avni Logistics India will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted based on information provided by the client and are subject to change due to fuel costs, government charges, customs duties, taxes, or other external factors. Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
Transit Time & Delivery
Any transit times or delivery schedules provided are estimated and not guaranteed. Avni Logistics India shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, port congestion, customs clearance, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Liability & Limitations
Avni Logistics India’ liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws and international logistics conventions. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, or consequential damages. Insurance coverage, if required, must be specifically requested by the client.
Prohibited & Restricted Goods
Clients must not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items without prior written approval and required permits. Any violation of local, national, or international laws will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Insurance
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Avni Logistics India does not automatically provide cargo insurance. Clients are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their goods.
Cancellation & Termination
Avni Logistics India reserves the right to cancel or refuse services if the client violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to make timely payments, or provides false information. Cancellation charges may apply based on the stage of service execution.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Avni Logistics India and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Confidentiality
